Aim High offers a family friends mixed martial arts class that teaches ring style fighting skills. Classes are offered for both youth and adults broken into two age groups, 8yr - 16yr and 17yr on up. This is a total 'leave your ego at the door' style class. Living like a champion is far more important the getting a belt or trophy. Acting 'now' how you imagine yourself makes you become that imagine. training through the mixed martial arts is a full combat style sport and it will get you in shape, fast, and feeling good about yourself. This class is aimed for those who want to learn an advanced version of the belt curriculum and then possibly compete and spar in that style through full contact. A lot of the skill taught in this class are the same skills taught by BJ Penn among other UFC fighters.
